Convocan a un concurso para crear el «Postre de Concordia»

Una novedosa iniciativa pone en marcha el Emcontur: el concurso «Nuestra identidad más dulce: Postre Concordia». Hasta el 9 de noviembre se podrán inscribir los cocineros, gourmets y reposteros de la ciduad, aficionados o profesionales, y presentar su postre, elaborado con productos regionales, que en la gran final a realizarse el 21 de noviembre, podrá ser elegido como el Postre de Concordia. Además se presentó el concurso «Pinto mi ciudad».
El Postre de la Concordia

«A partir de una propuesta de ACTITUR, desde el EMCONTUR empezamos a trabajar en esta iniciativa para lograr nuestra identidad más dulce, que es el Postre Concordia y este es un nuevo trabajo conjunto entre el sector público y el sector privado, en el marco de las acciones impulsadas por el intendente Enrique Cresto para fortalecer el desarrollo turístico de la ciudad», explicó Alfredo Francolini, Secretario de Gobierno y Turismo del Municipio.

Junto a integrantes del Emcontur, concejales y funcionarios municipales, el intendente Enrique Cresto señaló que «este concurso que hoy estamos presentando, se enmarca en un plan estratégico de turismo que venimos trabajando desde el primer día de la gestión. El Postre Concordia va a representarnos como ciudad. Integrándose a la oferta gastronómica, y cada turista que lo visite no se va a ir sin probarlo».

Además de la definición y elección del Postre que represente la identidad de los concordienses, «el objetivo con esta iniciativa es seguir generando conciencia y fortalecer el desarrollo de la actividad turística de la ciudad», apuntó Cresto, y destacó que «Concordia tiene mucho potencial para crecer en materia turística, que es una de las principales economías de la ciudad, y a partir de estas iniciativas vamos consolidando nuestro perfil, al tiempo que todos los concordienses podemos ser parte de este proceso», subrayó.

Por su parte, el viceintendente y presidente del Concejo Deliberante, Armando Gay, subrayó la importancia de esta iniciativa porque “son cuestiones que tienen que ver con nuestra identidad y lo importante es que participan todas las instituciones de la ciudad que tienen que ver con el turismo y ese el camino a seguir transitando, juntos, para fomentar la actividad”.

El Concurso

En cuanto a las condiciones generales a cumplir para ser parte del concurso, Francolini indicó que en lo que se refiere a la composición del postre, “el mismo debe ser elaborado con productos propios de la región y que nos identifican como pueden ser el citrus, el arándano, el arroz, frambuesa, nueces, miel. Siempre productos de nuestra zona y la condición fundamental y excluyente es que debe contener al menos dos productos con una fuerte presencia en la elaboración final” remarcó.

Los interesados en participar deben ser mayores de 18 años, pudiendo ser profesionales o estudiantes de Gastronomía, como así también idóneos en la actividad. Deben ser residentes de Concordia, y contar con carnet habilitando como manipulador de alimentos.

Se puede consultar más información como así también las bases y requisitos y modalidad de participación en las oficinas del EMCONTUR, en el Centro de Convenciones (San Lorenzo y Sarmiento) de lunes a viernes de 8 a 12 horas.

La inscripción se realizará del 22 de octubre al 9 de noviembre inclusive, siendo la pre selección el día 14 de noviembre y la gran final el día 21 de noviembre.

También la ocasión sirvió para dar a conocer el concurso “Pinto mi ciudad” organizado por la Unión de Trabajadores del Turismo, Hoteleros y Gastronómicos de la República Argentina (UTHGRA) de Concordia, y que está dirigido a los hijos de los afiliados a la mencionada organización como así también a instituciones escolares de la ciudad, con el objetivo de descubrir y estimular la aptitud artística y cultural de los mismos.

Los interesados pueden inscribirse desde el 22 de octubre al 2 de noviembre en las oficinas de UTHGRA, de calle Entre Ríos 415, o bien vía e mail a concursopintomiciudad@hotmail.com

De la reunión de trabajo donde se realizó la presentación formal y puesta en marcha del Concurso «Postre de Concordia», participaron integrantes de la Secretaría Municipal de Turismo como así también del EMCONTUR; los concejales Alberto Armanazqui, Alberto Zadoyko y Sebastián Cuberli; representantes del Centro de Comercio, Industria y Servicios de Concordia; de UTHGRA; de ACTITUR; de la Asociación Hotelera Gastronómica (AHG) de nuestra ciudad; como así también de la Facultad de Ciencias de Alimentos de la Universidad de Entre Ríos, institución que integrará el jurado para definir al producto ganador.-
